CASINO FLOOR SUPERVISOR

MONITOR BANKROLL

A casino floor supervisor cannot effectively determine wins and losses for individual players or table without developing an accurate system for keeping track of the game bankrolls. Listed below are some suggestions:

  1. Know your starting bankrolls. Pay particular attention to the larger cheques denominations. Keep a notepad in your pocket to write down the bankroll value.

  2. Adjust your bankroll totals as players come and go and odd the same for in any fills and credits.

  3. Accurately convey player and bankroll information to your relief. Be sure to gain new bankroll and player information as you come back from break. Relief supervisors are sometimes not as attentive as they could be or should be. When you are assigned relief duty, make it easier, not harder, for you team member to do their job.

  4. Give priority to larger bankroll action during busy periods. You may be assigned several high limit games to watch at one time so that it will be very difficult to monitor the bankroll and players. Watch the high limit game first and then give concern to the lesser bettors.
