Our programs are designed to provide the highest quality, culinary education. We offer the most affordable, comprehensive programs in both the Culinary and the Baking & Pastry Arts.
At National Culinary School, our programs are designed with the same principals. We accept about 15 students or fewer, providing small class sizes and hands-on, one-on-one accessibility with our educators. With this personalized experience, our students are able to learn the skill set and techniques they will need to succeed, in a real, physical application. We provide a perfect balance of lecture and instruction in addition to the opportunity for hands-on learning in the kitchen. Upon completion of the program, we offer job assistance and career guidance to help lead our students to success in the culinary industry.
All courses offered by National Culinary & Baking School are held five days per week, Monday through Friday for better learning retention and to allow students to enter the job market at a faster pace. Each course has been divided into rotating modules. Thus a student may begin work on the diploma at the beginning of any module.
