Baking & Pastry Arts Course + Certification: 600 Instructional Hours

The Bakery and Pastry Arts Diploma is offered from:
7 a.m. to 12 p.m. – 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Z5rQ3Ll (1)National Culinary School is one of the first baking schools in San Diego, California. We offer small baking classes with a capacity of 12 students or fewer, with a tremendous amount of hands-on training.

Our program develops a solid foundation starting from basic to advanced techniques of culinary arts, bakery and pastry arts. With small class sizes, we are able to provide hands-on instruction and interaction with our students. We emphasize the importance of food taste, presentation, nutritional value, high-end learning techniques and food costs.
