Culinary Arts Course + Certification: 400 Instructional Hours

The Culinary Arts Diploma is offered from:
12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

0V3bY2pToday, more than ever, cooking has become one of the largest and strongest industries in the world. With a proper culinary education, the career possibilities are endless within the industry.

Becoming a chef involves a balance of proper training and expertise in combination with the right attitude. To be successful as a chef, you must learn to learn not only to perform as an individual, but must be willing to learn to be an essential and beneficial part of a team.

Our program develops a solid foundation starting from basic to advanced techniques of culinary arts, bakery and pastry arts. We offer small culinary classes with a capacity of 15 students or fewer, with a tremendous amount of hands-on training. We emphasize the importance of consistency, food taste, presentation, nutritional value, high-end learning techniques and food costs.

We offer students an intensive culinary curriculum supplemented with in-house job experience. Upon graduation, our students receive their certificate of completion and entry into our job assistance program.
